Sellers are responsible for the legality, accuracy and completeness of their listings. We may remove any listing that violates these Terms.

The service is provided “as is” without warranty. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, villasale.ai shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
